WHAT TOWNS CAN RECEIVE FREE DELIVERY?

Wethersfield, Glastonbury, Cromwell, Rocky Hill, Newington, and Berlin, Connecticut with a purchase using code "FREEDELIVERY"

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All orders are normally processed within 3 -7 business days in the order that we receive them, unless during holiday seasons than processing time can be 5-10 business days. We ship all items from our location in Connecticut with the exception of a few that have noted "Shipping by Vendor" in the description. You should receive an email with your tracking information once items are ready to ship. Orders are processed Monday - Friday with the exception of holidays. We charge a flat rate of $8 for all orders unless the order is over $75 in which shipping is free.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Most of our items are eligible for returns for store credit ONLY within 10 days of receiving your purchase. If an item is not eligible for returns, it will be stated in our description for that product. We do pay for free shipping back to us, up to 4 packages in a year. After 4 packages, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost that will be deducted from your store credit. Please email us at melissa.thenutmeg@gmail.com with your return request. Product must be unused and in original packaging. Item will be issued store credit through email address provided at checkout once shipment is received.

ALL REFUNDS ARE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT.

If an Item is not eligible for returns - that item can not be returned unless damaged in shipment. Picture of damaged item will be submitted to melissa.thenutmeg@gmail.com within 5 days of purchase.

  

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a notification email upon shipment with a link to track your package. Please reach out to the specific postal service for more information once your package has been shipped.

 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Unfortunately we do not at this time.

CAN YOU COMBINE DISCOUNT CODES?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined. Discount codes can also not be used on Sale Items.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please contact our customer service team by email at melissa.thenutmeg@gmail.com and someone will be able to assist you. If your product has already been processed and shipped, The Nutmeg will not be able to change your shipping address and takes no responsibility for the shipped products. Please take a moment to double check your shipping address upon checking out.
